The big picture: Be careful not to confuse Fox Heights with its sister bar, Fox Harbor Pub & Grill, mere blocks down Washington Street. Fox Harbor has been kicking around for the last seven years at 348 S. Washington St. - near downtown, but not smack in the middle of it.
