The key to dealing with the closure of the Kewaunee Power Station is to not make the nuclear plant the center of the response. The picture is bigger than that.
"You think of it in context ... wrap your arms around the entire situation," said Jennifer Brown, executive director of Kewaunee County Economic Development Corp. "That's hard to do when you are in crisis mode. We need to stop, take a breath, say 'Where do we want to be?' "
