Two new businesses could bring more than 70 jobs to the Stevens Point area during the next year.

City officials have been working to lure Colorado-based Wound Zoom Inc. and Bancroft-based Service Cold Storage LLC to the Portage County Business Park.

The deals involve city incentives inside Stevens Point's ninth tax increment financing district and would help with company relocation costs, building roads and utility connections. ...
