The Algoma girls softball team will end its season at Goodman Diamond in Madison for the second season in a row. This after the Wolves won games in consecutive days, capturing a Division 4 sectional championship and a repeat trip to the WIAA state softball tournament.

The top-seeded Wolves were to face off against the No. 2 Shell Lake Lakers (16-4) at about 11 a.m. June 7. The game will be streamed live online at foxsportswisconsin.com. An Algoma victory puts them in the Division 4 championship at 10 a.m. June 8.
