People want to live in downtown Green Bay, but the number of available apartments and condos falls short of demand.

That will change some when T. Wall Enterprises builds City Deck Commons, a $10 million, 84-unit apartment complex on the southeast corner of Main and North Washington Streets. A summer 2014 completion is anticipated.

A similar-sized apartment complex is under consideration for the northeast corner of North Washington and East Walnut streets, and 23 higher-end apartments are under construction in the Platten Building on Broadway. ...
