The outgoing Sevastopol Elementary principal Joe Majeski leaves behind a 24-year legacy of putting his students and school first.

Since coming to the school district in 1990, Majeski has served as elementary and junior high principal; interim superintendent and elementary and junior high principal; and finally as elementary principal, director of special education and school psychologist.

Before Sevastopol, he worked as an administrator for Luxemburg Medical Clinic and as a school psychologist for Sevastopol, Gibraltar, Washington Island, Stratford and Athens school ...
