Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:00 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe posting.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair training.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Living with Alzheimer's.

11:30 a.m.: music by Agnes Mallek.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge.

Lunch menu: Italian spaghetti, broccoli and cauliflower, Mandarin oranges, French bread with garlic butter, animal crackers.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise; Smear at Plover dining site.

12:30 p.m.: bridge; Bingo at Junction City dining site.

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club

Lunch menu: Salisbury steak, baked potato with sour cream, buttermilk coleslaw, whole grain bread, tropical fruit salad.

June 19

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair training.

9 a.m.: cribbage.

9:30 a.m.: Opera: Aria Listening?

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

11:30 a.m.: music by Daryl Kurtenbach.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Amherst dining site.

1 p.m.: pinochle; Mexican train dominoes.

1:30 p.m.: Aspirus Atrial Fibulation Presentation.

6 p.m.: Bridge.

Lunch menu: Chef salad with ham and cheese, peaches with cottage cheese, whole grain dinner roll.

June 20

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

9:30 a.m.: Foot Care

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

1 p.m.: round dancing.

2 p.m.: square dancing; Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club

Lunch menu: Sloppy Joe on a whole grain bun, Boston baked beans, cool marinated cucumbers, seasonal fruit.

June 21

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

11:30 a.m.: music by Roger Nelson.

Noon to 4 p.m.: Resistance chair training.

12:30 p.m.: Bingo at Lincoln Center & Amherst dining sites.

1 p.m.: bridge.

Lunch menu: Tator tot casserole, carrot coins, whole grain bread, warm cinnamon apples, ice cream.

June 22
