Cody Daniels recalls hiking in High Cliff State Park in 2006 with his father, John Daniels. While "rooting around," the now 13-year-old said he and his dad accidentally dug up an old ammunition box.

While it wasn't exactly a buried treasure, the find unearthed a new hobby for the Greenville family, which includes mom Lisa and Cody's sister, Anna, 11.
