Three cocaine suspects held on $500,000 bail each

Bail was set at $500,000 cash on Friday for each of three Sheboygan men arrested by Manitowoc authorities in a cocaine bust Thursday.

Julian Perez Jr., 31, Alfredo Hernandez-Benitez, 23, and Joel Alverez-Gonzales, 25, appeared in front of Manitowoc County Court Commissioner Patricia Koppa via video monitor. They were assisted by a Spanish interpreter.

All three suspects, who worked for El Camino Mexican Restaurant in Sheboygan, are scheduled to make an initial appearance in court on Monday. ...
