The Harmony by the Bay concert series at Martin Park in Sturgeon Bay opens its 2013 season with a performance by popular, jazzy Door County r&b band Big Mouth and the Power Tool Horns. This is one of three Maritime Concerts presented in conjunction with the Door County Maritime Museum, headquartered in Sturgeon Bay.

Big Mouth was originally formed by Jay Whitney in 1980 around Flint, Mich. The band's focus at that time was to play an eclectic mix of blues, jazz and original music. It flourished for a number of years, playing club dates and festivals throughout Michigan, but stopped when a few of ...
