Ellison Bay: Olde Ellison Bay Days has fishy theme

A Door County tradition returns this month with the 47th annual Olde Ellison Bay Days celebration. The 2013 festival theme is "Feed the Fish," in honor of the film that is well known to Door County residents featuring Tony Shalhoub.

Mr. Shalhoub, star of the popular "Monk" TV series, will serve as Grand Marshal of the Olde EB Days parade, which will begin at the top of the Grand View hill at 11 a.m. June 29. Michael Matzdorf, Shalhoub's nephew, has agreed to serve as co-marshal of the parade with Tony.

The festival will begin at the Community Park at noon June 28 with art demonstrations, children's ...
