West Bend woman dies in Waupaca County crash

A West Bend woman died after her vehicle was rear-ended Friday afternoon on State 10 in Waupaca County.

Sara Dulmes, 28, was traveling westbound near County A shortly after 5 p.m. when she was struck. Her vehicle overturned and she was ejected.

Dulmes was flown to Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, where she later died from her injuries. Her 8-year-old passenger, who was wearing a seat belt, was transported by ambulance to Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca, where she was treated and released. The girl's name was not released.

The driver of the other vehicle, Miguel Victor Cruz, 54, of Ripon, was transported to Riverside Medical Center and treated and released.
