Green Bay isn't the only area community experiencing a development boom.

Green Bay Packaging is planning a 311,000-square-foot, $95 million expansion in Ashwaubenon's industrial park. The project will result in the permanent closure of part of South Ridge Road near Glory Road. Village President Mike Aubinger said a new road, to be called Label Drive, will connect with Spirit Way "to allow you to connect with Main Avenue as quickly."

Also, Krist Oil of Iron Mountain, Mich., is building a gas station/convenience store at Wisconsin 172 and Babock Road near Austin Straubel International ...
