Academy helps teen focus on future

A Wisconsin Rapids teen is ready for a more promising future, thanks to hard work, determination and the guidance of the Wisconsin National Guard Challenge Academy.

Bianca Pinion, 17, graduated Friday from the academy, a no-cost alternative program for at-risk youths. And she is excited.
