The quality of life in any community is dependent upon many variables; fiscally sound employment and access to a variety of public community resources are but two. It would be an understatement to say that the recent closings of Thermo Fisher Scientific and the Kewaunee Nuclear Power Plant have had a negative financial and emotional impact on the quality of life here in Two Rivers.
