Corcoran earns law degree

Alyssa Corcoran has graduated from Vanderbilt Law School with a doctor of jurisprudence degree.

A 2005 graduate of Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids, Corcoran is the daughter of Tom and Anne Corcoran of Stevens Point. She also is a 2009 graduate of the University of Notre Dame with degrees in political science and Latin.

UW-Green Bay names spring graduates

The following local students graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay during commencement ceremonies on May 18: Eric Gendusa, Amherst, information sciences; Tyler Schuelke, Iola, accounting; Valerie Federwitz, Plover, nursing; Erin Lewellin, Stevens Point, human development and psychology; and Lindsey Soik, Stevens Point, business administration.

McGinty graduates from Jacksonville State

Sally McGinty of Stevens Point received a degree during spring 2013 commencement exercises on April 26 at Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Ala.

Swigart earns master's degree

Gavin Swigart of Plover earned a master's degree in computational science and engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta during the school's commencement exercises in May.

Rannow earns master's degree

Judy A. Rannow of Stevens Point graduated with a master's degree in adult education/human resource development on May 4 from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va.
