Route 66 Diner adds Memphis BBQ (with video)

Mike Moum he's always been a fan of food, particularly barbecue, and has traveled across the country tasting the best he can find.

With that experience, Moum said he became interested in cooking and serving barbecue to others, and found a willing partner in Sandy Plasky, owner of the Route 66 Diner in Stevens Point. The diner has sold Memphis-style barbecue ribs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturdays since April 27.
