Green Bay Notre Dame girls basketball coach Sara Rohde has spent most of her life around the sport.

She played four seasons at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and was an assistant under Phoenix coach Kevin Borseth after graduating.

But it wasn't until she entered the coaching ranks at the prep level that she really started seeing something that concerned her: Many of the female basketball players she watched or coached appeared to lack leadership qualities on the floor. ...
