The Redevelopment Authority could provide nearly $3 million in assistance to a developer building apartments on East Walnut Street in downtown Green Bay.

A development agreement approved by the authority last week and by the Green Bay City Council on Tuesday would result in a $14.8 million project that includes 93 residential studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments and 3,316 square feet of retail space on the northwest corner of East Walnut and North Washington streets.

The Redevelopment Authority will sell the land to Dermond Property Acquisition of Milwaukee for $500,000, ...
