A West Allis man is facing up to four years in prison on an array of charges relating to tobacco products he sold without a permit in Sheboygan.

Mohammad Abdul Qadeer Siddiqui, 41, is charged with three counts of distributing tobacco products without a permit and three counts of evasion of tobacco tax at the SH Tobacco Store, 2529 S. Business Drive. He's also charged with two counts of failure to maintain records.

All of the charges are misdemeanors. If convicted on all counts, he could be sentenced up to three years behind bars. ...
