"Leadership is the ability to translate vision into reality." This quote by Warren Bennis sums up the work that sophomores in Incourage's South Wood County Teen Leadership program accomplished through their community project in May.

This year, teen leaders assisted the city of Wisconsin Rapids with its Two-Mile Detention Pond Vegetation Project. With the help of Wisconsin Rapids' design engineer Joe Eichsteadt, they planned, designed and installed a vegetation buffer of more than 100 trees and shrubs.
