If there's one thing Matthew Mulligan learned during his journey through five NFL cities in five years, he said, it's that a little team bonding can go a long way to build camaraderie.

Since breaking into the league in 2008 as a practice-squad player for the Miami Dolphins and Tennessee Titans, the 6-foot-4, 267-pound tight end had stints with the New York Jets and St. Louis Rams before landing in Green Bay this offseason.
