Edgewater Resources LLC has formally announced plans to submit a purchase offer for Green Bay's downtown Clarion Hotel.

In a statement issued today, the development firm from St. Joseph, Mich., said its proposal could involve an investment of more than $15 million.

A company official had previously told Press-Gazette Media that the project would involve at least $10 million. ...
