Oshkosh man arrested on weapons charge after bumper car incident on south side

An Oshkosh man was arrested Thursday night after police received reports of three vehicles, one with two children under the age of 2 inside, driving recklessly and crashing into each other.

Oshkosh police received numerous calls from citizens reporting that the vehicles were being driven at high speeds and crashed into each other in the 700 block of West Sixth Avenue at 9:35 p.m. Thursday, said Joe Nichols, spokesman for the Oshkosh Police Department.
