Organizers of a grass-roots effort to develop a reuse plan for a downtown Wisconsin Rapids riverfront building are giving the public the chance to tour the facility.

Incourage Community Foundation, which bought the former Daily Tribune office building in December, has spent the past six months working with New Orleans-based design firm Concordia to determine how to fully involve the community in the decision-making process and to get residents and business owners engaged, said Kelly Ryan, CEO of Incourage Community Foundation.
