Paula Mae Kuiper crowned Miss Wisconsin 2013: Paula Mae Kuiper, the Miss Madison-Capital City, bested 22 other women for the chance to represent Wisconsin at the 2013 Miss America Pagaent.

Miss Madison Paula Mae Kuiper was crowned Miss Wisconsin 2013 at the Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh Saturday night.

Winning the title means Kuiper takes home a $10,000 scholarship and will travel the state to promote her platform, Breaking the Age Barrier, as well as compete in the Miss America Pageant.

Miss Wisconsin Executive Director Jeanne Schmal said this 2013 was especially memorable because of a special bus tour contestants took around Oshkosh, and a special appearance at The Grand Scoop at the Grand Opera House Saturday morning. ...
