Making room for growth: Green Bay Packaging plans $95 million expansion, upgrade in Ashwaubenon

Green Bay Packaging's Coated Label Products Division has some catching up to do, and it's getting right at it.

The Ashwaubenon location of the Green Bay-based company is adding 300,000 square feet to its South Ridge Road plant, which will double its size. The project includes new warehouse space, an automated storage and retrieval system, and new production equipment.

"Our newest piece of equipment is about 16 years old and the oldest is abut 30 years old. Technology is a little better now," said Martin Olson, senior vice president. ...
