Members of a National Guard unit based in Plymouth missed Country USA last year because they were training for their current deployment in Afghanistan. But it didn't stop them this year from having their own event May 25 in the Middle East. They called it Afghan CUSA. And wouldn't you know it? It rained - but only for little while.

Earlier study understates sewer fees

A utility fee study conducted by the Neenah Public Works Department greatly understated the sanitary sewer rates for Combined Locks and Kimberly, according to an audit conducted Post-Crescent Media.
