Supreme Court to hear case against Oshkosh man

The Wisconsin Supreme Court plans to review a harassment case by University of Wisconsin regents against a former University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and UW Marathon County student.

The legal case dates back to 2011, when a Dane County judge issued a restraining order barring Jeff Decker from UW property. Decker, of Oshkosh, has attended public meetings of regents and other UW officials on several campuses to protest university policies on distributing student activity fee funds.
