A man who was a Manitowoc Lincoln High School basketball star in the early 1960s is being held on suspicion of shooting and killing his brother on Sunday morning.

Robert C. Sullivan, 65, is expected to appear in Manitowoc County Circuit Court for a bail hearing at 1 p.m. Tuesday. He is accused of shooting and killing his 62-year-old brother, Carey P. Sullivan, Police Chief Oscar "Tony" Dick said Monday.

A preliminary investigation indicated that Carey Sullivan died of a single gunshot wound from a 20-gauge shotgun at close range. Dick said. An autopsy was scheduled for Monday afternoon in Fond ...
