Drivers paying less at pumps as gasoline prices take big dip

The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Green Bay has fallen dramatically since last week but continues to fluctuate a bit as the price of oil stabilizes.

As of noon Monday, gasoline averaged $3.66 per gallon in Green Bay, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com, which surveys 127 area gas outlets daily. That's a drop of around 19 cents in the past week, and down 21 cents from a month ago and 22 cents from a year ago.
