A Raspberry Lassi drink.
Lassi is a famous Indian drink made with yogurt and ice. It is like a healthy milkshake and can be flavored with fruits, fruit juices, nuts, spices, or mint.
Fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, mangoes, papayas, or bananas are perfect to blend with plain yogurt.
A lassi drink is similar to a smoothie, although smoothies can also be made with milk and ice cream.
1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
Sugar to taste
In a blender, pour in the yogurt, milk, and raspberries and blend until creamy.
Add sugar to taste.
To serve, pour over crushed ice.
