Jury convicts Green Bay man on charges from accident

After a daylong trial in Oconto County Circuit Court, a Green Bay man was convicted June 19 of five misdemeanor charges in connection with a car accident last year.

Scott G. Greening, 45, was found guilty by a 12-person jury of operating while intoxicated while under the combined influence of an intoxicant and controlled substance-third offense, operating with a restricting controlled substance in blood-third offense, operating while revoked, failure to install an ignition interlock and possession of drug paraphernalia.
