When saying the name of Seattle-based folk band Hey Marseilles, try not to butcher it.

"It's awful," frontman Matt Bishop said. "It has nothing to do with our association with France, for which there is none. If I could do it again, I might try to pick something easier."

Really, it's easy enough. It rhymes (HAY mar-SAY), it's catchy, and it coincides with the overall tone the band is going for - a little bit folky, a little bit lighthearted and very much twee throughout. ...
