The seventh annual Casey Blume Memorial Golf Outing will be held Saturday at the Meadowview Golf Course in Owen.

The event continues to grow, with more than 50 teams the past two years. Teams will start teeing off around 8 a.m. and continue into early evening. Food, soda and water will be provided throughout the day. Smith Bros. will grill.

The event is held in memory of Casey Blume, a 1999 Colby High School graduate who took his own life June 4, 2006, at the age of 25. His family and friends have been holding a golf outing in his honor every year ever since. Casey was an avid golfer at Meadowview and also ...
