Pam Resech of George Mead Wildlife Area talked to more than 50 children and adults about bears June 18 at Kandy Kane Park in Arpin.

She brought a stuffed baby bear, bear skins, bear paws and bear teeth. A very real-looking pile of bear skat was admired by all. This was the first of five summer learning programs sponsored by the Lester Public Library of Arpin.
