Four Star Family Restaurant has closed after 15 years in Weston, but its building won't sit vacant for long.

Two Italian natives with experience in the restaurant industry will open a new eatery at Four Star's Schofield Avenue location, focused on bringing 80-year-old family recipes to the Wausau area.

Ravioli's Italian Family Restaurant will open in early to mid-July and feature homemade ravioli and other pasta, along with chicken, veal, steak and fish dishes. All menu items will be about $20 or less. ...
