? Dr. Terry Moore, M.D., joined Prevea Allouez Health Center as a retina specialist. Moore received his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his residency at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio, followed by a fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham in conjunction with Retina and Vitreous Associates of Alabama. He is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the Wisconsin Academy of Ophthalmology and the Wisconsin Medical Society.

Job transfer

? Mary Bisick, mortgage loan officer for Fox Communities Credit Union, transferred to the Ashland Avenue branch in Green Bay. Bisick joined Fox Communities in Appleton three years ago. She has more than 30 years of mortgage lending and financial industry experience, much of it in the Green Bay metro area.


? Faculty members promoted at St. Norbert College were: Thomas Bolin to professor of religious studies; David Bailey to associate professor of biology; Shalisa Collins to associate professor of modern languages and literatures; Charley Jacobs to associate professor of political science; Terry Jo Leiterman to associate professor of mathematics, and Joel Mann to associate professor of philosophy.


? Dr. Stephen Sevenich of The Dental Wellness Center, Ashwaubenon,graduated from the University of Puerto Rico Clinical Residency and Maxicourse Program in Implant Dentistry. Sevenich studied under Dr. Hilt Tatum Jr. He participated in more than 80 oral surgeries and was exposed to implant placements, nerve reposition, segmental osteotomies, sinus grafts, bone grafts and sinus lifts. Sevenich is a Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction achieved by less than 2 percent of dentists nationally, is a Lifelong Learning and Service award winner, was voted to America's Top Dentists 2005-13, and received the 2009 Distinguished Service Award from the Academy of General Dentistry.


? The Village of Howard and director of administrative services Christopher Haltom received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award from the Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada. To receive the award, an entity must meet guidelines for effective budget presentation, including a policy document, a financial plan, an operations guide and a communications device.

? Van's Lumber & Custom Builders, Dykesville, received the Whole Package-Golden Rule Award at the 10th annual Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Award banquet.

? Colleen O'Brien, a Registered Nurse with Bellin Health, received a $2,000 Nightingale Scholarship from The American Society for Quality. O'Brien is a team leader in system nursing quality and safety at Bellin Hospital. She is a student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing, Loyola University Chicago.


? Community Memorial Hospital, Oconto Falls, was awarded a three-year term of accreditation in mammography after a review by the American College of Radiology. CMH provides mammography in Mountain and Oconto Falls. Radiology services at all CMH locations are provided by Green Bay Radiology, and digital mammography with same-day results is available at CMH in Oconto Falls.


? H.J. Martin and Son, Green Bay, ranked No. 26 in the "Top 50" ranking of U.S. specialty flooring retailers by Floor Covering Weekly, based upon 2012 retail and commercial sales. A 13.7-percent increase in sales from 2011 allowed H.J. to move up three spots over last year's rankings. H.J. Martin was the top-ranked retailer with two or fewer locations. It also has a store in Neenah.

? Plumbers & Steamfitters UA Local 400 Hall of Fame inductees included: Donald Abitz Sr., Neshkoro; Gary Allen, Green Bay; Roland Choudoir, Appleton; Lonny Hanson, Winchester; Anthony Hawke, Scandinavia; Alan Nelson, Menominee, Mich.; Gerald Sheahan, Harshaw, and Eugene VanLankveldt, Little Chute.
