Green Bay schools will see $5M increase in state aid

Most school districts in the Green Bay area will see a slight increase in general state aid in the upcoming school year, according to early numbers released from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

The Green Bay School District expects to see a 4 percent jump in state aid, from $127 million to $132 million.

The Ashwaubenon School District will see the biggest decrease, dropping about 15 percent from about $7.8 million to $6.6 million. ...
