Alderman wants answers on Humane Society situtation

The uncertainty about the Sheboygan County Humane Society has come to City Hall.

Aldermen on Monday night voted to refer to its Finance Committee a request from Ald. Scott Lewandoske that the Common Council consider holding all funds from pet licenses until city officials and the council can be sure money is going to the care of animals and not to attorneys or other expenses related to the recent issues surrounding its executive director and veterinarian.
