As a premier banker, Fletcher's primary responsibilities will continue to be servicing the financial needs of her customers, while also working closely with Baylake Bank's Private Banking, and Asset Management and Trust, Cash Management, and Commercial Banking representatives. Her office is located at 2438 S. Bay Shore Drive in Sister Bay.

Fletcher volunteers for the Go Bo Foundation, is a member of the Sister Bay Moravian Church and past member of the Scand Advisory Board.
