Semi full of cheese overturns in Sheboygan

A semi-tractor and trailer carrying approximately 40,000 pounds of cheese overturned Tuesday evening, closing an off-ramp to Interstate 43 and a westbound lane of Wisconsin 23 for about five hours.

According to a press release from Lt. Scott Mittelstadt of the Sheboygan Police Department:

The truck's driver, a 61-year-old Plymouth man, had been traveling too fast on the off-ramp when the truck's unsecured load of cheese shifted, causing the vehicle to tip over. ...
