Green Bay police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred Wednesday morning at Pioneer Credit Union at 1065 Velp Ave. on the city's northwest side.

Police received a report of a robbery around 10:30 a.m.

The suspect ran south on Gray Street and was last seen headed east on Mather Street. He was described as black, 6-foot-1, medium build with no facial hair. He was wearing a large puffy wig, a multicolored nurse scrub shirt, a black jacket and gray sweatpants.

No injuries were reported.

Officials ask anyone with information or sightings of a suspicious person in the area to call police at (920) 448-3201.
