Ex-Green Bay man escapes from Madison mental health facility

Madison police are looking for Graham L. Stowe, a former Green Bay man who escaped from the Mendota Mental Health Institute on Tuesday afternoon.

Stowe, 30, is white, 5-feet-8, 165 pounds, with a goatee. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue jean shorts. He climbed a fence and ran into nearby woods, Madison police said.

Officials believe Stowe is in the Waunakee area, just north of Madison. Even so, Brown County authorities issued an advisory, saying Stowe is considered dangerous and urging anyone seeing him to call 911. ...
