Felony theft charges dismissed

Felony charges filed against a former accountant for Visions of N.E.W have been dismissed.

Amy R. Behnke, 37, of Peshtigo, was charged March 25 with theft in a business of setting over $10,000 and with fraudulent writings.

The criminal complaint accused her of stealing nearly $13,000 from Visions. The complaint said unauthorized fuel charges were made to a credit card. ...
