Two Rivers council debates ceremony, parking

While no formal hearings were held, city council members debated a number of issues during Monday's city council meeting.

Two Rivers City Manager Greg Buckley and Council President Lee Brocher heatedly discussed the date of the 17th Street Bridge ribbon cutting ceremony and when to bring it to council to finalize the date. Buckley said the ceremony is meant to take place Aug. 2 to coincide with Maxwell Street Days and Community Care Day, both to take place the first weekend in August.
