Not many people from Stevens Point can say they are about to embark on a yearlong trip to Greece while completing their doctoral work at Harvard, but Sarah Rous can.

Rous was born and raised in Stevens Point. She graduated from Stevens Point Area Senior High in 2003, received her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 2007 and a master's degree from Harvard.

Her passion for higher education began when she was picking a language to learn and wanted a challenge. ...
