Lincoln Center offers classes and activities for older adults. The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Portage County is a one-stop resource for services for seniors, adults with disabilities, their families and caregivers. Unless noted otherwise, the following take place at Lincoln Center, 1519 Water St.

Monday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe posting.

8 a.m.: Pottery.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair training.

9:30 a.m.: Introduction to Medicare

10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Bunco.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Chet Raflik.

1 p.m.: Scrabble; bridge.

Lunch menu: Hamburger Stroganoff with mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed vegetables, whole grain bread, peanut butter delight bar. Craft and Chat (10:30 a.m.) and bingo at Amherst dining site.

Tuesday

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

8:30 a.m.: Seniorobics.

9 a.m.: Stepping On at Portage County Health Care Center.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise; Smear.

10:30 a.m.: Chair massage

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise

11:30 a.m.: Music by the Grenadiers.

12:30 p.m.: Bridge

2 p.m. to 3 p.m.: Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club

5 p.m.: Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group in Room C

Lunch menu: Turkey ranch sandwich, pinto bean salad, marinated tomatoes and cucumber salad, seasonal fruit.

July 10

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play; computers for beginners; resistance chair training.

9 a.m.: Cribbage.

9 a.m.: Living Well.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Holly Shoppe open.

10 a.m.: Mind Rewind Early Memory Loss.

11:30 a.m.: music by Daryl Kurtenbach.

1 p.m.: VIP Support Group.

1 p.m.: pinochle; Mexican train dominoes.

Lunch menu: Baked chicken, baked potato with sour cream, garden salad, whole grain dinner roll, fruit crisp. Bingo at Amherst dining site.

July 11

10 a.m. Memory screening

10 a.m.: Fun & Fit exercise.

10 a.m.: Blood pressure screening.

11 a.m.: Arthritis Foundation exercise.

11:30 a.m.: Music by the Potocki Family Band

1 p.m.: Round dancing.

1:20 p.m.: Farmers market coupon program

2 p.m.: Square dancing; Walk with Ease.

3 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Walking Club.

6 p.m.: Gallery reception for Kelly Hodge's decorative boxes collection.

Lunch menu: Cheeseburger on a whole grain bun, baked sweet potato puffs, seven-layer salad, applesauce. Bingo and Round Table Crafters at Plover dining site (10 a.m.).

July 12

7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.: Walking Club.

9 a.m. to noon: Holly Shoppe registration of new merchandise.

9 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pool tables open play.

10:30 a.m.: Play reading.

11:30 a.m.: Music by Roger Nelson.

Noon to 4 p.m.: Resistance chair training.

1 p.m.: Duplicate bridge.

1:30 p.m.: Wii Bowling

Lunch menu: Stuffed green pepper, wax beans, strawberries, whole grain bread, yellow cake. Birthday celebration at Lincoln Center dining site; bingo at Amherst and Lincoln Center dining sites.

July 13
