Backyard Wiffle ball game is a hit in Pittsville

Driving through downtown Pittsville this week evokes a feeling of an old-fashioned Independence Day celebration. American flags flutter along the roadside and images of fireworks, apple pie, hot dogs and baseball come to mind.

In the case of two Pittsville brothers, it's Wiffle ball.
