After a disappointing third place in the 2012 London Paralympics, a Neillsville man and the U.S. wheelchair rugby team have earned the top ranking in the world.

Jeromy Brown, 26, of Neillsville, is one of 16 athletes on Team USA to take home a gold medal at the Denmark Wheelchair Rugby Challenge in early June.

After a car crash paralyzed Brown from the chest down in 2004, he quickly picked up the sport of wheelchair rugby. ...
